Door Lever Surrounds (Pair) - Upgrade your Defender’s interior with Optimill Door Lever Surrounds, complimented perfectly with our Door Lever Pulls (ORP42). Machined from billet aluminium for a premium feel, these left and right-hand surrounds replace the original plastic trims. Fits all Defender models from 1983 to 2016. Screws not supplied. Sold as a pair.
