2. Pricing

All product prices are listed on www.optimilluk.co.uk and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT). Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing.

• If you have already received the goods, you must return them to our contact address at your own cost and risk.

• If we have already dispatched the goods before cancellation, do not open the package and return it to us as soon as possible.

Upon receiving the returned goods in their original condition, we will process a refund within 30 days. If the goods are not returned or return costs are unpaid, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.

4. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

1. We have insufficient stock.

2. We do not deliver to your location.

3. There is a pricing error due to typographical or supplier mistakes.

4. A significant error exists in the product description.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a refund within 30 days. No additional compensation will be provided.

5. Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address specified at checkout. We do not drop-ship.

• Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after acceptance.

• Lost items sent via untracked delivery will only be considered for replacement 7 days after the latest expected delivery date.

• Once delivered, you become the legal owner of the goods, and responsibility for their safety transfers to you.

• Due to recent legislation changes, customers shipping outside the UK are responsible for any additional customs duties or fees—our business is not liable for these charges.
