Exchange & Returns Policy

Most of our items can be returned provided they are unused, unaltered, with all labels attached, and in their original packaging. Returns must include a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RAN), which can be obtained from our Mail Order Department at sales@optimilluk.co.uk

Items must be received by our Returns Department within 28 days from dispatch.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Important Notice

All shortages, damages, or discrepancies with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods that prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned at your own cost and risk.

  2. Items must be in a re-saleable condition.

  3. Items must be unused and in their original condition to secure a refund.

 

4. Items must be returned complete with all original packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging if the original is damaged or defaced.)

5. Items returned after 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

6. Specially ordered or custom-manufactured items cannot be returned.

7. All returns must include a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RAN), along with the sender’s name, address, invoice/account number, and reason for return.

8. We do not accept responsibility for undelivered or lost returned parcels. Please keep proof of postage, as it may be required for claims with couriers.

9. Optimill Ltd is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during the fitment or removal of allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied parts.

How to Return Your Order in 4 Easy Steps

Step 1 - Request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)

Contact our Returns Department via email at sales@optimilluk.co.uk or call 01282 844443 to request a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RAN).

Step 2 - Package Your Items Securely

Repackage all goods securely, ensuring any fragile items have sufficient protection to prevent damage during transit.

Step 3 - Send the Parcel

  • Enclose the Returns Authorisation Number Form (RAN) inside the parcel.

  • Arrange a suitable parcel carrier for the return (e.g., Parcel2Go).

  • We can arrange collection, but the direct costs of recovering the goods will be deducted from the refund amount.

Step 4 - Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
