Land Rover Defender Rear Door Hinges (set of 2) for pickup tailgate modification. CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6082-T6 aluminium with internally pinned stainless steel hinge pins, self-lubricating graphite bushes, anodised to 25 microns, and supplied with high-security fixings.

Land Rover Defender Rear Door Hinges (set of 2), sold as a pair to allow pickup tailgates to be modified to fit Optimill Rear Hinges.

Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK, these hinges are CNC-machined from billets of aerospace-grade 6082-T6 aluminium for superior strength and durability. The stainless steel hinge pins are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal, while self-lubricating graphite bushes reduce friction and wear.

After precise machining and strict quality control, the hinges are anodised to a depth of 25 microns, providing a durable and corrosion-resistant finish. They are supplied with high-security stainless steel fixings. Please note that these hinges do not include gaskets, as Land Rover never fitted rear door gaskets.
