Crafted in the UK from a single billet of 6082-T6 aluminium, this vent surpasses conventional plastic alternatives in both strength and durability. Each vent undergoes precise CNC machining and strict quality control before being anodised to a depth of 25 microns, providing a long-lasting finish in black, grey, or silver. Featuring black or polished stainless steel woven mesh, it combines high performance with a stylish appearance.

Installation is straightforward, with each air intake supplied complete with stainless steel high-security fixings. Optimill’s Hi Flow Air Intake Vent is built to withstand the toughest conditions without compromising style, complementing your Defender’s appearance even when used without Wing Top Vents.

Maintenance: To preserve your anodised product, avoid using Traffic Film Remover (TFR). For best results, clean with Optiwash to maintain your Optimill enhancements in pristine condition.
