Front Security Door Hinges for all Land Rover Defender models 1983–2016. CNC machined from aerospace-grade 6082-T6 aluminium, anodised to 25 microns, and supplied with stainless steel hinge pins, self-lubricating bushes, high-security fixings, and shims. Prevents unwanted door removal even if screws are removed.

Front Security Door Hinges for all Land Rover Defender models 1983–2016. The 110 set fits both 1st and 2nd row doors.

Our innovative design ensures the door cannot be removed from the bulkhead even if the screws are taken out. Internal fixings on the door side of the hinge and on the bulkhead side increase security against unwanted removal.

Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK, these hinges are CNC machined from billets of aerospace-grade 6082-T6 aluminium. The hinge pins are made from stainless steel and internally pinned to prevent theft or unwanted removal.

The hinges also feature self-lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear. After machining and strict quality control, they are anodised to a depth of 25 microns. These hinges not only look great but are durable and wear-resistant, preventing any play in the door hinges.

Supplied complete with high-security stainless steel fixings and shims.
